Thomas C. Otto – Vice President
Mr. Otto leads the SEC Automation team as Division Vice President. Mr. Otto has more than 17 years of experience and is considered an industry expert in all aspects of SCADA architecture and system integration as well as control system design and electrical consulting and engineering. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management as well as an Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology in Addison, Illinois. Mr. Otto is a member of the Illinois Section of the North Suburban Water Works Association, the Illinois Rural Water Association, ENTELEC and the American Gas Association. Additionally, he is a Past Vice President and currently a member of the Chicago Section of the American Society for Measurement and Control.
